In this guide to the best vegan restaurants in Las Vegas, you’ll discover heavenly eats in Sin City! Vegas is a foodie mecca and in recent years, it’s vegan restaurant scene has exploded with juice joints, dinner delights, and everything in between.
Below are my favorite places for a full day of delicious, vegan eats broken down into two restaurant options for each meal including coffee. Because coffee is the most important meal of the day 😉
Coffee: PublicUs or Vesta Coffee Roasters
As far as vegan restaurants in Las Vegas go, PublicUs is a true gem. Located in hip, downtown Vegas it’s a wonderful place to caffeinate before a day of exploration. Their baristas take coffee-making VERY seriously and the effort pays off in bold, never bitter pour-overs and tasty specialty lattes.
PublicUs makes this list because it offers milk-alternatives like almond and cashew milk and a bevy of vegan eats to go along with your coffee! The yummy avo-toast, for example, can be seen in the cover shot for this post.
Maximizing on taste and uniqueness, I recommend ordering the Macadamia Nut Paste Latte with almond milk. The paste is made in-house and gives your sips a bit of crunch. Sounds weird but the texture addition works! If you’re in Vegas during a heat wave, get this latte iced for ultimate refreshment.
Vesta Coffee Roasters
I had been to Vegas many times before giving this spot a go and boy was I missing out! Vesta Coffee Roasters is a wonderful, airy coffeeshop in downtown Las Vegas, and as an added bonus, it is right in the midst of some striking street art. Get your coffee fix then take a photography stroll through the neighborhood!
Another thing I love about Vesta? Its mission statement:
quality roasts, traceable bean origins, and a commitment to the families that help us bring you the best coffee, from the farmer to your cup.
I ordered a macadamia-almond latte (to do a taste comparison to the one at PublicUS!) and it was fantastic. Less texture than the one at PublicUs so if you don’t like macadamia bits in your latte, this may be a better option for you.
If you’re as impressed by the coffee here as I was, I recommend perusing the extensive whole bean selection. A bag of whole bean coffee makes a splendid souvenir or gift for another coffee-lover!
Breakfast: Juice Stars or Pressed Juicery
Because one can’t subsist on coffee alone, you’ll soon want to get some “real food.” Juice Stars is located in convenient proximity to PublicUs and is my favorite (out of all vegan restaurants in Las Vegas) for a delicious, nutritious breakfast.
Last time I was here, I thought I was being quite #basic when I ordered the S.D. avocado toast but this baby was anything but. The “SD” stands for sun dried tomato pesto and man did it pack a punch – tangy and bold, it made my taste buds sing “hallelujah!”
I also highly recommend pairing a toast with the Bee Resilient smoothie. It is packed with nutrients boasting ingredients like spinach, pineapple, honey, and avocado. For the next visit, I’ve got my eye on their smoothie bowls (especially the Fairytale Bowl with dragonfruit). I stalked these beauties on IG and they look spectacular. If you have one before I do, let me know what you think!
If you had a heavy meal the night before and are still carrying a food baby in your belly upon waking up, you may be in the mood for something light for breakfast.
This happened to me after having dinner at Sparrow+Wolf. The meal was incredible but heavy, and I was craving something green (preferably in liquid form) the next day.
Pressed Juicery was a god-send! There are two locations – one outside The Strip at Tivoli Village and one on The Strip at ARIA Resort & Casino so you’re never too far from a tasty cold-pressed juice.
I went for the very hard-core Greens 3, described as “the most popular juice on [the] entire menu! […] Greens 3 is a great choice for getting in your everyday greens, and as an immune boost when you’re feeling under the weather.”
Whenever I’m traveling I get paranoid that I’m about to get sick so a breakfast consisting of a vitamin influx is just the thing to ease those worries. 16 oz of kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, and ginger had me feeling like I could climb a mountain!
Lunch: Bronze Cafe or Fruits & Roots Cold Pressed Juice Bar + Wellness Kitchen
Vegan restaurants in Las Vegas don’t always have the most portable food. That’s where Bronz Cafe comes in. I had planned a Lake Meade and Hoover Dam side trip from Vegas and wanted a great spot to pick up a plant-based picnic. My research led me to local, hidden-gem Bronze Cafe. With several plant-based sandwiches and wraps, Bronze Cafe has tons of options that travel well and keep you full for a long afternoon of sight-seeing.
I opted for the Tree of Life Pita (yes, I’m a hippy)! Stuffed to the brim with red peppers, avocado, greens, tomatoes, pickled onions, and a house-made cashew “crema” and Brazilian nut crumble to top it all off. To make the meal even heartier, you can add any of their lovely, healthy smoothies to your order. I’m partial to the Just Too Good For You or the Berries & Creme. Last time I was in, I also picked up some peanut butter millet balls. For a healthy treat, they are suspiciously tasty!
Fruits & Roots Cold Pressed Juice Bar + Wellness Kitchen
Fruits & Roots’ reputation for nutrient-dense eats puts it at the top of my list for a visit to Vegas.
“Drink well, eat well, live well” is the motto here and with a variety of wellness bowls, wraps and superfood soups, you can do just that!
As an added bonus, this place accommodates almost all diets, including vegan, GF, and Paleo (with all menu items clearly marked).
Thanks to my Yelp-stalking of this place, I honed in on the Plant-Powered Caesar bowl with all organic ingredients including a greens blend of romaine, kale, and cucumber plus toasted chickpeas, black beans, and hemp-seed.
The bowl is topped with scratch-made rawmesan cheese, avocado, micro greens, scratch-made (vegan) caesar dressing. It can also be turned into a GF wrap!
I recommend adding the Forbidden Black Lentil soup to make your lunch even heartier.
And if you really want to up the nutrient level, order a cold-pressed juice or superfood smoothie. They’re a wonderful breakfast option as well!
Dinner: VegeNation or Simply Pure
VegeNation is a plant-based powerhouse and bests most vegan restaurants in Las Vegas where dinner is concerned.
Not only is the ambiance wonderful – cozy patio in back, bright interior, colorful wall art, and lots of greenery – the food is hearty and delicious. This place nails breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner!
But because the best dishes here tend to be on the heavier side, I recommend coming for dinner and bringing a date or some friends for the dish-sharing assist.
You can’t go wrong with the Muchas Gracias (pictured above left) — three quesadillas stuffed with black beans and sweet potato, drizzled with chipotle ranch, and served with pico de gallo and guac on the side. DROOOOOL!!
Or go for the Torre Washington, a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, local greens, blue corn chips and a chipotle ranch dressing.
Last time I was here my awesome server recommended the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, but I was flying solo and didn’t think I’d have the stomach real estate to give them a go. Now I have major food-FOMO!

Simply Pure is the love-child of local chef, Stacey Dougan. Chef Dougan’s passion for plant-based food “stems from her own life-changing experience overcoming numerous health issues (eczema, candida, etc.)” and her goal is “to inspire others to embrace more plant-based foods in their diet without feeling deprived.”
The restaurant’s website notes that its menu is great for meat-eaters and picky kids so if you’re new to plant-based cuisine, a dinner here would be a great intro. Most recipes are also gluten-free and many are allergy-friendly.
Added bonus – Simply Pure is located in Container Park in downtown Las Vegas, a super hip, fascinating place to explore before or after dinner!
The sweet employee working the day I visited recommended that I try the Green Chili Enchiladas with vegan protein “beef”, zucchini, sautéed peppers and onions wrapped in corn tortillas topped with green chili sauce, vegan con queso, pico de gallo, sliced avocado, and a side of mixed greens. T
hese were BOMB.COM! All my favorite Mexican flavors melded together in a beautiful mouth-symphony of deliciousness.
If you can’t decide on just one dish, get any of the awesome sampler platter and try several! The Ultimate Sampler includes the Zucchini Pasta Trio, “Chicken” Salad Lettuce Wrap, and Vegan Taco. Add on a fresh juice to up the health quotient even more!
